Skaftö Mareld Fisk & Mat

In the enchanting fishing village of Grundsund, where the sea is ever-present and houses balance on the cliffs, lies Skaftö Mareld Fisk & Mat. Here, a culinary experience rooted in Bohuslän's rich fishing traditions awaits, traditions that have shaped both coast and culture for generations. Our chefs create masterpieces with the finest ingredients, carefully selected directly from the sea's pantry. With a deep understanding of the changing seasons, the menu is adapted to offer the very best that the sea has to give. Each visit is a journey through time and taste, where historical influences meet modern cuisine in a symphony of Bohuslän's unique character.
